Our development model moves the foundations from the exploitation of the individual. We know that to achieve our goals of steady growth, we must be aware of the resources available to us in terms of soft and specific skills, and possible acceleration engines of their ongoing development.

Our system of skills revolves around the ability to anticipate the changes generated by the environment and to interpret them in the organization, the ability to create synergies within the working group by facilitating the integration of individual skills, directing joint efforts to the achievement of results, the ability to build up collaborative and clear relationships, creating a communication process marked by clarity, transparency and sharing.

We are applying systems for assessing skills and perfomances as support to listening and development of our staff, in the context of career plans in line with the potential of each one.
