  • We are looking for in San Marco Russia, a back office and administrative Specialist that reporting to the Managing Director, and will be responsible of these activities including:

    - Back-office customer service management

    - Customs clearance management

    - Commercial and administrative back office including inbound transactions and shipments and logistic papers

    - Answer the phone and address the interests of both Marcon and Lyudinovo.

    - Report to HQ Marcon about purchasing and logistics situation

     

    Requirements

    - High School diploma or University Degree

    - Preferably previous experience in commercial back office or administrative office work

    - Knowledge of English (fluent), Italiana as a plus

    - Good communication and customer management skills

    - Good flexibility, organizational skills and proactivity

    - Residance in Ljudinovo or in neighboring area
